We are looking for an experienced Engineering & Automation professional to support a highly automated pharmaceutical production site. The role focuses on equipment reliability, SCADA/PLC systems, and IT/OT infrastructure, while contributing to ongoing modernisation and digitalisation projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving production equipment (GMP environment)
• Supporting and developing SCADA/PLC systems (Siemens S7-based)
• Contributing to the IT/OT network setup and backup/restore concepts
• Leading internal and external engineering and automation projects
• Coordinating with production, quality, technical services, and external partners

Your Profile

• Degree or technical qualification in Automation, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT/OT or similar
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in pharma/biotech or similar GMP manufacturing
• Strong experience with Siemens S7 and SCADA systems (required)
• Familiar with GMP/GxP, preventive maintenance, deviation and CAPA processes
• Fluent German and English
• Proactive, hands-on, collaborative working style
